Far Cry 5 Review:

Far Cry 5 is a first person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal & published by Ubisoft for PS4, Xbox One & PC Windows. Far Cry 5 is the 11^th installment & 5^th main title in famous Far Cry series. Far Cry 5 was released on 27 February, 2018.

Far Cry 5 Gameplay:

Similar to its previous editions, Far Cry 5 is an action/adventure video game playable from first person perspective. Far Cry 5 is set in an open world environment which you can search freely on foot or through several vehicles. It is different from the rest of the Far Cry series, in which you can only play the game with a default character, it features a character creator that let you customize your player’s appearance, gender & skin tone.

You can recruit the locals to play for you like the “Friend” system used in Far Cry 2. Far Cry 5 also lets you tame the animals through the “Fang for Hire” system that was introduced in Far Cry Primal. The tamed animal will help you when you encounter enemies & will follow your orders. Different animals have their own ways to attack. Far Cry 5 have another fishing mechanic too.

Far Cry 5 Campaign can be solo or with a friend through the game’s cooperative multiplayer mode. Far Cry 5 will also feature a map editor, whose attributes have been expanded from earlier games in the series.

Far Cry 5 Story:

Far Cry 5 is set in Hope County, Montana, where a priest named Joseph Seed has risen to prominence. He believes that he has been selected to protect the citizens of Hope County from an “inevitable collapse” & has established a congregation called Eden’s Gate. During Seed’s leadership, Eden’s Gate has utilized unfair means to harness people of Hope County & to stop them from getting in touch with the external world for help. When an attempt to arrest Seed ends with the elimination of several lawmen, the player is swept into the contest b/w Eden’s Gate & the remaining Hope County citizens who are organizing themselves into a resistive movement.

Far Cry 5 Release Date:

Far Cry 5 was released for PS4, Xbox One & PC on 27 February 2018. Far Cry 5 is not available on outdated consoles like PS3 & Xbox 360 as they cannot meet the minimum requirements of Far Cry 5. A lot of efforts have been made to improve the gameplay & now you have more versatility & larger open world to explore. The graphics are much improved than what we have seen in Far Cry Primal.
