There is a new camera angle available in FIFA 19 which creates a big difference when we compare FIFA 19 to earlier games in the series.

Improvements in FIFA 19:

Sweet spot:

If players tap Circle or B just as their foot hit the football, it massively increases the chance of striking it into the tap corner.

It all depends on the timing so if players get it wrong, they can be punished with a scuffed shot.

Tactics:

You can choose different tactics based upon your team condition like if your team is 1-0 up or losing a match then you can make plans & assign to a D-pad press.

Players can change their team’s width & depth & instruct their full backs & what kind of runs to make in attack or your center back to cover certain areas of the pitch.

There is more control over your team’s defensive style as well. Now with updated settings: “pressure after possession loss”, “constant press”, “drop back”, “balanced” & “pressure on heavy touch”.

Minimap is kept simple but it is modified a bit.

There are triangle icons assigned for one team while circles are assigned for the other. So now it is easier to recognize the team in the minimap.

Can FIFA 19 be different from PES?

FIFA 19 is vastly different as compared to PES 2018 as European Community Leader Adam Bhatti confirmed it.

Since Adam joined Konami in 2013, fans have observed a drastic change in PES & it is the strongest competitor of FIFA. PES has improved faces of players in past few years & keeps improving it. Still PES is not up to the mark when compared to FIFA. Konami face challenges in making the gorgeous PES games the strong contender against FIFA.

How players may go up / down in ratings in FIFA 19?

We are going to highlight the reasons regarding FIFA calculation of footballers rating. It is based on data collection & statistical analysis of players. It is also based on guesswork. Plus, they also watch as many matches as possible & carry out their analysis based on the performance of players.

If FIFA ratings were based only on statistics, the ratings would not be accurate. The statistics are not sufficient to decide the performance of players only.

When you watch player’s features like trapping & ball control, there is data collection but it cannot be appropriate to specific circumstances & same is for tracking.

The team guess a bit until they see a new player in action.

The team also monitor’s footballer mental make-up but it is more crucial to have stats of player in the specific leagues he is playing for.

If Lionel Messi plays for Irish League, his features cannot be that great because he is not only the top player who is playing for this league.

We may observe Cristiano pace drop as he is 33-year-old now.

The team is working to collect actual performance data of players. When it comes to physical features, it is very important to have all sorts of data about players.

Every professional league has quick & strong footballers.

All the required data determines the overall rating of players.

Which engine can FIFA 19 use?

FIFA uses Frostbite Engine once again despite fans did not like it & commented that it’s not correct.

Frostbite engine is getting enhanced but we may not expect much changes in EA Sports title.

The engine was tweaked for last year FIFA but there were few adjustments in animation & visual presentation.

To see a big change, the developers would have to rewrite the complete code which may not be possible in such a limited time.

EA uses Frostbite in their big games like Battlefront & NFS.

What can be the price of FIFA 19?

FIFA 19 costs the same as FIFA 18. It starts from around £49.00 for the standard version, up to £79.99 which add some bonuses & expansion packs.

Last year PES was not as successful as FIFA & not many game copies of PES 2018 were sold so developers have moved the release date from September to August this year.
