Protect yourself from Malos & his forces using all the fury of this advanced combat system. Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna - The Golden Country DLC lets you to battle as both the artificial life forms known as Blades & their bosses known as the Drivers.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country is an action role playing video game developed by Monolith Soft & published by Nintendo. The game is developed exclusively for Nintendo Switch platform. It is set as a prequel to the original Xenoblade Chronicles 2.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country Gameplay:

Like the earlier games in the series, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is an action role playing video game where you can control a main hero out of 3 characters’ team. You can use a fresh combat system, which is inspired from the combat system in the original Xenoblade Chronicles 2 game.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna - The Golden Country provides both a similar & different experience to the game at the same time. The game is based on the original game’s lore, offering a fantastic experience for fans just looking to watch more of the world. Those who want to see a further mature story & cast will absolutely get on board with Jin, Lora, Addam & the other members of the crew. The story campaign is not too long as compared to the base game.

Xenoblade Chronicles X was developed for Wii U. The game carried us into a vast open world which was both cohesive & fully unique. When Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was released on Nintendo Switch, we were presented with an engaging tale spread across multiple vast open world areas, all of them were very exciting.

All the games in the series offered hundred hours of main story campaigns, but Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country is short as compared to the main game. The new DLC offers us another massive open world to reveal, as well as a nice prequel tale which is welcoming for both gamers that have played the base game, & those who haven’t played it & this is their fresh experience.

The DLCs are usually shorter as compared to the original games. The opportunities to get to know the game characters are less, the game is usually less impressive, & the game story is less exciting. But Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country offers a more engaging experience & in a few ways it provides better output than the base game.

Combat mechanics like cancel, & building your supers for more powerful hits felt unclear in Xenoblade Chronicles 2, but in the expansion, your player Lora can quickly execute an attack which becomes more powerful upon a successful cancel, & you can more clearly pull out those big, exciting specials with the help of some UI modifications.

You can switch your playable hero & his Blade. Blades are mysterious, summon able beings that can help you out in combat. Blade switching has the ability to change your hero in fight, offering a full new host of attacks to use & modified animations, which look awesome.

While one of your character is fighting, your Blades’ move will be charging away, so when you unleash hell on a rival, then you can change & use Blade combos. If you have more than one Blades, then it means that you can have more move at your disposal.

If you finish side missions too then it will build up a community as NPCs will react in a better way, offering more weight to your cause. Side missions are however, not generally as exciting as story missions.

The stuff that have been provided in the expansion are small but valuable. You can now chat to other characters, craft items, & place them in your pouches so they perform well in fight.

It will tell the story of past characters from the original video game including Mythra, Jin, Malos & Praetor Amalthus in addition to introducing new characters such as Addam & Lora. While the base game included Rex & Pyra as the main characters, Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country story follows journey of another set of leading characters, Jin & Lora.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country allows you to follow new characters while there are returning characters from the base game. You can follow the story of Lora & her Blade Jin, who are familiar to those who have played Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
