The game allows you to explore a 2.5D isometric landscape. It is an adventure game which gives you the opportunity to complete objectives & discover the surroundings throughout the game.

Azure Saga: Pathfinder Story:

Find the legendary world that will save mankind. Fight your rivals in JPRG style turn based battle. You will play as a young scientist, Synch, as he travels across the space to meet new friends & find his dad.

Azure Saga: Pathfinder Gameplay:

Turn based combat in Azure Saga: Pathfinder allows you to face random opponent encounters.

You can unite, mix & match your hero’s abilities to find powerful skills, each with their own effects.

The game offers a unique style of battle along with new ways of upgrading your heroes.

Character:

Each character is designed brilliantly & they possess the kind of abilities & weapons that suit their gameplay style. Synch is the game protagonist & I like the way he is built. He equips a nice looking sword in this game.

Other characters are also designed remarkably & they have their unique combat style & an immersive background story. The characters in your team will have different characteristics including tribe, class, abilities & stats.

Combat:

The gameplay involves turn based combat where you set a formation (front, middle & back) for your squad & then take turns attacking each other.  

Your hero can attack using the attack button but will deal more damage when your hero has a high attack stat.

The game also includes skills attack. This way of attacking someone will be based on the skills you want your hero to use. Each skill will need mana & you need to level them to receive extra skills.

You can enjoy United Skills feature which is very unique. It mixes 3 skills from your squad to one ultra-powerful skill that can damage your adversaries, cure squad, & take advantage of the situation.

Azure Saga: Pathfinder is released on PC on 13 March 2018. The game is out on Nintendo Switch on 21 March 2019.
