Toki Gameplay:

Toki will explore the open plan stages to face the boss at the end. He can shoot creatures. He can also swim. The remastered version uses exactly the same stage design as the original. There are many checkpoints available in the remake & if you die you will restart from the nearest checkpoint & the game offers multiple lives & if you lose them all you have to start the stage from the beginning.

Toki is slow because he is an ape & also he can be eliminated by almost any attack but he is able to spit shots that will let Toki beat adversaries & obstacles that try to slow him down in his quest. Each level has a timer.
