During PlayStation State of Play event new games were announced & also we heard news about games such as their release dates & some already released games made their debut on PS4:
Several games launching on PS4 were
shown in recently concluded Sony’s State of Play event. Also we watched new
games such as A Simple Story & Humanity. At the event we saw that
Civilization 6 is coming to PS4. The top game of the event was no doubt Naughty
Dog’s The Last of Us 2. We watched the new trailer of The Last of Us Part II in
which Ellie face off against a new danger. Also we came to know the launch date
of the game. The Last of Us Part 2 is set to be released on 21 February 2020.
We have summarized everything we
have seen at PlayStation State of Play event.
Humanity will allow you to
control a team of humans who will beat strange obstacles & enemies.
A new trailer of Call of Duty:
Modern Warfare was revealed which brings back Captain Prince from the Modern
Warfare game. Unlike Black Ops 4, the upcoming Call of Duty will include a
story campaign.
Wattam has a launch window for
December 2019. Wattam is a puzzle video game & it will let you dive into
the strange planet where monsters run about. No release date of Wattam is
announced yet.
Arise: A Simple Story is about
the journey of a lone villager making his way across a frozen wasteland which
changes into a lively land.
L.A. Noire: VR Case Files was launched
in 2017 for HTC Vive, which is a virtual reality game from Rockstar. The game
focuses on Detective Cole Phelps & it is set in 1940s. The VR version of
L.A. Noire re-contextualizes many quests from the original game but we need to
work on them from a new perspective. The game is available now on PS VR.
Also more VR games are announced
such as Space Channel 5, Espire 1: VR Operative, Stardust Odyssey, After The
Fall & Gorn.
MediEvil is a major remake game. A
new demo of MediEvil is launched. In the demo you will unlock a special helmet
for Dan, which can be used in the final game.
Sid Meier’s Civilization 6 is
also announced for PS4. Also the game will be available on Xbox One. The
console release date of Civilization 6 is 22 November 2019.
To honor the launch of Death
Stranding on PS4, Sony has announced a special limited edition PS4 Pro. The
console is decorated in designs that recall elements from the Death Stranding,
& you can pre-order PS4 Pro limited edition which offers 1 TB storage
space.
It was announced in PlayStation State of Play that next games
that will be available on PS Plus are The Last of Us Remastered, & MLB 19
in October 2019.
In recent trailer for The Last of
Us 2, the launch date of the game was announced. The Last of Us Part 2 is set
to be released on 20 February 2020 & it has a new main character Ellie. In
previous game Joel was the main hero. Ellie will be taking revenge in this game.
Also later in the trailer Joel helped Ellie.
