Northgard Review:

This game is set in a fantasy universe which lets you lead a team of Vikings, who have discovered a mysterious land filled with resources after many years of discovery.

Northgard is focused on the narrative of Viking discoverers who have went through tough times in exploration but finally they found a resource rich land known as Northgard. The brave sailor wanted to discover this land & make history. They will have to face many threats before explorers return back to their homes.

Northgard will let you invest in Scouts because they will allow you to explore new lands & discover certain regions on the map.

Begin logging quickly after you have a chance to play this game. Woodcutters will enable this choice & their main building is known as Woodcutter’s lodge. Otherwise when winter arrives, the stock will run out & the inhabitants will die due to freezing cold.

Make defense towers as soon as possible because it will improve area security & if you construct them at the border of your territory then they will attract rivals’ attention & they will focus their attack on those enemies.

You can gather limited food. When you begin, you will only have 500 units. To enhance the quantity of stored food, construct a Food Silo.

Northgard Gameplay:

Random events will play a critical role in this game. For example, if there is a plague & you haven’t build Food Silo yet then you will lose large quantity of food, & majority of your people will become sick.

You can develop your people when you have enough basic resources. Also you need to offer health care & satisfaction to the inhabitants. Build defense towers to protect the land.

You cannot construct unlimited buildings because the game will let you build only 3 buildings in each area. This number can be increased by 1 if you pay 100 krowns. You can increase the land. There will be more space for more construction. You can occupy more lands if you have trained scouts. They will explore the map.

Certain lands will have raw materials including stone. When you occupy a certain region it will cost food units. It is not a good idea to purchase every available land. You can only occupy land if there are no foes in it.
