LOR is based on dynamic, alternating battle that allows you to use your creativity, ability & cleverness to get success.

You can use real currency to get cards in this game or you can grind to get them through gameplay. Shards can be obtained through gameplay while you can buy coins using real currency.

For unlocking new cards & content, you need to finish missions that can help you in gaining experience which can be used for unlocking new cards. LOR offers different places & you need to choose which place to pursue & each of them has different cards that can be unlocked.

In LOR you can quickly react to enemy’s moves which needs constant monitoring of the gameplay board & making fast choices.

Legends of Runeterra Gameplay:

In LOR you need to complete many tasks. They boil down to duels, during which you have to use self-created deck of card that you must create first. This contain characters, each of them has their own skills, & strengths & weaknesses, ranging from the heroes of the LOL to fully new characters from a variety of places of Runeterra.

As you progress through the gameplay, not only your total number of cards will increase, but you will receive shards which is a virtual money used in this game, along with experience points, & you can progress to higher levels, & you are allowed to enter other places of the world & acquire new cards. Gain deck elements every week by opening boxes from the Vault.

It is not a good idea to spend real currency on card packs & not receiving any card you want to use so this feature has been removed from LOR. You can collect random cards during gameplay for free. Instead of purchasing card packs, you can purchase coins which can be spent to get wildcards. Wildcards can be exchanged for a selected card.

LOR is a multiplayer game. One duel can take around 10 to 15 minutes. LOR also supports cross platform gameplay.

LOR is set to be released on PC along with Android & iOS. LOR is not confirmed to release on consoles yet.
