Holiday Max Raid event of Pokemon Sword & Shield is now available:
Pokemon Sword & Shield allows you to access a new Wild
Area event now. You will face gift giving Pokemon Delibird more often in Max
Raids but this offer is for a limited time so hurry up & collect more
rewards after beating it.
The holiday Max Raid event will continue until 26 December
2019. Delibird is not the only exciting Pokemon you will face, because for
participating in multiple raids you can collect more candies than normally you
get for beating Delibird, as well as TRs. TRs are objects that can be used once
& it can help players teach Pokemon new attacks.
Also players will be able to face Gigantamax versions of
Butterfree & Snorlax until 9 January 2020. Players of Pokemon Sword will be
able to encounter Gigantamax Drednaw & Sandaconda, while players of Pokemon
Shield will be able to encounter Gigantamax Corviknight & Centiskorch.
Along with the holiday Max Raid event, the developers are
offering new freebies for fans of both games. Until 15 January 2020, you can
get rare Poke Balls using Mystery Gift. You can also get a free Gigantamax
Meowth until 15 January.
