An action adventure game developed by Granzella & it launched on PS4 in Japan in 2018. Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories is the 4^th installment in the series, & it was originally scheduled to be launched on PS3 but 2011 earthquake in Japan, stopped its production. Later due to high demand of fans, the developer revealed that the game would be launched for Switch in September 2019 in Japan.

Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories is set to be launched in the west on 7 April 2020 on PS4, Nintendo Switch & PC.

Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories is set in a large metropolis. The month is July & you are visiting the city for a job interview. A big earthquake suddenly hits the city.

Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories is about fleeing from a collapsing metropolis in the wake of a disaster.

Consider yourself a survivor after the devastating earthquake and the associated tremors. Your response to assist the community will determine your qualities as a leader.

You are present in a city and all of a sudden a huge earthquake happens which completely destroyed the infrastructure including the residential buildings. Fire erupts everywhere, communication system is paralyzed, residents are crushed under the debris of disintegrating structures.  

In such a natural disaster you must act fast and decisively because it is a test of your leadership qualities. You must determine how to motivate the fellow survivors, what actions need to be prioritized and in what sequence, how to assign tasks, who to rescue first, and how to maintain order in the chaotic situation?

In this game every action & choice matters. The game allows you to meet characters, discover dangerous regions, & find a way through hazardous scenarios for endurance.

The objective of this game is to escape a collapsing metropolis, discover safe ways through falling buildings & dealing with scared & escaping inhabitants.

Enter collapsed buildings, where you will find those still alive & for more escape paths.

Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories has a fresh cleanliness parameter for the main hero. If you get very dirty, then it will result in more stress. Use toilet to enhance cleanliness.

Freely customize your hero. Set gender, face style, & hair style at the beginning of the game. More than hundred clothes, such as suits & causal clothing can be acquired when you progress through the game.

Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories includes more than sixty people, which is the largest in the history of this series. You need to help each other in order to flee.

However, the game does not look perfect such as it includes a series of contrivances, & unexpected instant deaths, & blind luck. The narrative does not seem particularly compelling, & feels weird.

Disaster Report 4 Summer Memories has been enhanced when compared to prequel. The game has seen improvements in multiple fields, & new features are also added to it. You can enjoy various updates and upgrades available.
