In the game, players control a team of characters from an isometric perspective & can transform them into different objects known as "Unite Morphs." As players advance through levels, they must discover each level to discover helpless residents & hire them. At the expense of draining their battery meter, players can utilize "Unite Morph" forms to beat adversaries, crack riddles, or navigate surrounding. The meter can be refilled by performing attacks or by collecting batteries dropped by a beaten adversary. Adversaries can drop "O parts" (the wealth accumulated that can be used to purchase upgrades), new "Unite Morph" skills & objects.

The campaign mode playable by single-player is divided into stages. Each stage terminates with a grade depending upon various factors, for example, time taken to finish the level & how much damage the player got.

The game allows you to play solo or cooperative mode which is designed for up to five players. Furthermore, it also has a Time Attack mode.
