Differences between NBA 2K21 and NBA 2K20 Game Modes:

Several modes are available in NBA 2K21 & NBA 2K20 such as MyCareer mode, MyTeam mode, MyGM mode & MyLeague etc. In NBA 2K game series, MyTeam is very famous mode & MyLeague is the most loved mode. In NBA 2K21, both modes are significantly improved. In latest game WNBA mode allows gamers to play all 12 WNBA teams in the NBA 2K21 exhibition mode. NBA 2K21 offers a separate cover athlete for separate mode. Kobe Bryant is the cover star of Mamba Forever on PS4 & PS5, Damian Lillard is the cover star on standard PS4 edition, & Zion Williamson is featured as cover star on standard PS5 & Xbox Series X edition. In NBA 2K20, Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers is the cover athlete of the regular edition & Dwyane Wade is the cover athlete of the Legend Edition.


MyTeam mode has more freedom in NBA 2K21 as compared to NBA 2K20:

In NBA 2K20 there was a limit positions in MyTeam mode to whatever was featured on their card. It means that if a player’s card said he was a PF, then he had to be on the court, & every line up had to include 1 player at the 5 basketball positions (PG, SG, SF, PF, & C). So this controversial choice was a constraint for a player. In new game this controversial choice impact is reduced as there is the top cards fit for 2 positions.

MyCareer Mode of NBA 2K21 is different from NBA 2K20:

NBA 2K21 offers fast loading time. In MyCareer mode of NBA 2K20, game loading time was slow but in NBA 2K21 game loading time is quite faster. The cinematic scenes are amazing due to visual upgrade as graphics & animations are more realistic to eyes. NBA 2K21 also launches on next-gen consoles, so the graphical fidelity has received a boost due to next-gen hardware.

  1. I never comment on anything... ever. But this article made me need to say something. Side by side comparison of 2k21 on ps4 and then ps5. The ps5 image is an actual picture of lebron. Like from real life. Its from Los Angeles Times... Then on top of it, it took them forever just to tell us, "Yeah they added all 12 wnba teams to 2k21 and it has better graphics."
