Sony State of Play livestream
event was focused on PS4 & PS VR, but not on PS5. This is a bit disappointing
because we still don’t know the price, pre-orders & release date of PS5.
Microsoft also has not shared information about their next-gen console’s release
date & price. However, it is a good news for those having PS4, because new games
& updates were announced during the event.
Interestingly 2 new PS5 games were
announced during State of Play livestream. One of the revealed games is Hood:
Outlaws & Legends that will launch on PS5, along with PS4, Xbox One, Xbox
Series X & PC in 2021.

Hood: Outlaws & Legends is
playable from third person & it falls in the category of stealth games
playable by 4 co-op players & the game is set during Medieval times. You along
with 3 other players are playing the role of Outlaws, who are thieves &
your objective is to rob treasure from a cruel government called The State. In
this 4 vs 4 players game, you can make a squad of 4 players who fight against
another team & there are guards controlled by artificial intelligence who
are defending the treasure. The game relies on team work, co-operation &
strategies to beat opponents, & steal the treasure.
Hood looks very similar to
Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide, due to its third person gameplay, art design
& the game puts heavy emphasis on co-op play.
Hood is set to be released on PS5,
PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One & PC in 2021.
