The game launches on 3 December 2020 on PC, Amazon Luna, Switch, PS4, PS5, Google Stadia, Xbox Series X, S & Xbox One. This game is playable from 3^rd person view. It allows you to customize your character when you start the story campaign.

Climbing Tall Things and Soaring:

Fenyx can climb mountains & he is able to climb on almost any surface but if your stamina depletes then you will lose your grip. This feature is similar to BOTW because you will know how it feels gauging a climb, & whether you have enough stamina to reach the top, & this is the same story with Immortals Fenyx Rising. Also just like Breath of the Wild, Fenyx can upgrade his stamina.

Fenyx has wings which is very similar to the glider of Link which allows him to jump off high things & soar through the air, & you can soar based on available stamina. Just like Link, Fenyx is able to sneak up on dangerous animals, & can mount them after taming.

Solving Ingenious Puzzles:

Puzzles of Immortals Fenyx Rising are fun & needs cleverness to solve them. Many of the in-game puzzles need telekinesis like powers to grab heavy blocks & you can then move them around, & also drop them on pressure plates to solve puzzles.

Breath of the Wild has ingenious puzzles because there is no set way to crack them, & need creativity for solving puzzles. This thing could be experienced in Immortals Fenyx Rising especially when you are facing strong cyclops. Facing him head-on is a mistake, so you need to stab him in the back using a silent attack, & run away, & repeat this process till he dies. This thing is very similar to Breath of the Wild.

 

Things that differentiate Immortals Fenyx Rising from Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild:

Make a customized playable character:

Players can make their own playable character. You can decide your character’s gender & look can be customized too. Character customization is not very detailed but players can create a hero of their choice.

Immortals Fenyx Rising is Hilarious:

BOTW has moments of humor & it feels hilarious too at times. But Immortals Fenyx Rising is a big comedy. The game is hilarious right from story-telling which is done by Zeus & Prometheus. Also you can have fun with the writing, & it seems like everything is done with positive energy. Overall game gives relief to mind.

 

Immortals Fenyx Rising is based on real mythology:

While Breath of the Wild taps into years of complex Zelda mythology, Immortals is based on years of real world mythology. BOTW seems like dry re-narrating of the Zelda myths, but Immortals Fenyx Rising knows how to do it well.
