Forgotten Anne is an indie adventure video game developed by ThroughLine Games & published by Square Enix. The game is set in a fictional world known as Forgotten Lands, a magical parallel universe where every lost item for example discarded lamps, missing socks & more – come to life, & they wish that one day they might go back to the real world. Forgotten Anne is released on Nintendo Switch on 9 November, 2018. You can enjoy this animated adventure on the go on Nintendo Switch.

Forgotten Anne Story:

Forgotten Lands is a place where all your lost & forgotten items go for example, toys, socks etc. It is a magical world where Forgotlings live. Forgotlings are the lost items that are transformed into living creatures.

The game is a cinematic adventure with storytelling & puzzle platforming.

You are taken to the Forgotten Lands to play as Anne, an enforcer who keeps order in the land. Playing as Anne, you must squash a rebellion that might stop her master, Bonku, & herself from returning to the real world. She will solve puzzles with the help of the Forgotlings.

Forgotten Anne Gameplay:

The objective of Forgotten Anne is to put story ahead of gameplay which makes it different from other games. The game utilizes many elements of classic point & click adventure video genre. Most of the game adventure is about moving slowly across the 2D screen & solving riddles.

The story of Forgotten Anne is engaging but its gameplay is not that good. It does not stand shoulder to shoulder with other exciting adventure games.

You can get lost & confused in this game because it features a large world & the tasks you receive are unclear. The puzzles do not offer variety.

You can use the power of Anima which provides the energy to bring life to the Forgotten Lands. You can utilize it to solve riddles & command ultimate control over Forgotling’s lives.
