Exception Review:




Exception is a 2.5D side-scrolling combat platformer. Exception is a platformer in which you will be inside an infected computer & your objective is to wipeout programs of adversaries.


Exception Story:

The game narrates the story of a computer that is overtaken by a virus. Use sharp reflexes with elegant attacks to eliminate the virus.

Exception Gameplay:

The game environments shifts & transforms. You need to know how the computer system collapsed & how the virus has taken over the computer. Use help of 4 software threads to beat the virus & restore the computer system.

Discover different areas of the computer unprotected by the transforming environment. Each level in the game is a complex puzzle that needs to be solved for progressing through the course of the game.


The game features over hundred levels which include leaderboards that let you compete for the best fastest times. Enjoy competing for the best fastest time on player’s chosen levels through over 800 Steam leaderboards. You can also enjoy competing for the best fastest combat time by beating all opponents.

The action of this game is set in a computer. A virus enters the computer & you are fighting against it. You will play this game from side & there are 128 levels in a single campaign which is located in 16 different planets. It is a different game because the levels are changed in front of your eyes & the camera changes its position freely. For example, a floor can transform into a ceiling or a wall after some time.

The game allows you to jump on the platforms & avoid many traps, but confront swarms of adversaries. There will be both private, aggressive programs & you will fight against 15 monstrous bosses. The game will let you beat adversaries in close combat.

There are online rankings available which are a substitute for multiplayer mode, where you can boast achievements.
