Players need to learn the secrets of alchemy & the glowing flowers to find their missing sister. Players will receive points by performing actions that are used to fill Ayesha’s diary. Based on the text, players will unlock different synthesis recipes, bonuses & more. Write events that take place throughout quest in order to find Ayesha’s missing sister, then reproduce the memories as players continue to develop protagonist throughout the game. Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk DX Story:

The planet has gone through Dusk period multiple times but still inhabitants have endured it. A lonely girl named Ayesha was crafting medicines to earn money. More than a few years after Ayesha’s grandfather passed away, her sister went missing, & she now lives a lonely life with her cow.

One day while finding herbs, she saw the reflection of her missing sister. She came to know that her younger sister was still alive & she began her adventure to find her.

Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk DX Gameplay:

Ayesha interacts with an alchemist & he tells her that she needs to master alchemy if she wants to recover her sister but she has few years to do it or her sister will be lost forever. Ayesha must overcome sorrow & players will find out that she grows as she writes diary entries, while she collects friends & improves her alchemy abilities in her mission to recover her sister.

Players can finish objectives through gathering objects, battle, or mixing objects. Players will receive objectives as the narrative continues. Players have a mission to find the lost sister. Players need to discover answers by making their own decisions & this drives the narrative.


Battle begins when playable character interacts with a rival. The game uses turn based combat system & character who is fastest will get the first turn. Distance b/w players’ character & rivals during combat has an effect on the fight. Ayesha can use objects in combat. Group of characters can help each other by defending or attacking, & characters that are near to each other can help each other with attacks. Abilities & objects are effective in combat within a certain range.

Players can write in a diary by utilizing points acquired from finishing objectives. The diary lets players look back on the narrative so far, as well as get bonus rewards.
