Mount & Blade II Bannerlord Review:

Mount & Blade II Bannerlord is a fantastic medieval action role playing video game created by TaleWorlds Entertainment. Mount & Blade II Bannerlord was announced in 2012 & it is a follow up to the Mount & Blade: Warband. 

The game is about a kingdom devastated by civil wars & from its boundaries fresh empires rises. As a player, raise your sword, hold your shield, call your allies & ride forth to a triumphant glory on the battlegrounds. Build a fresh kingdom from the ashes of the old. You can build hidden kingdoms in the back alleys of towns & begin fighting against a dominating empire. The world is full of chaos & it’s a political war where every empire wants to shine. The world where power seems everything & every kingdom wants to crush in order to expand its geographical boundaries as far as possible.

Mount & Blade II Bannerlord Story:

Mount & Blade II Bannerlord is set two hundred years earlier than its predecessor Mount & Blade Warband. The game takes place during the fall of the Calradian kingdom & the formation of new empires. The Calradian kingdom & its collapse is similar to the Roman Empire’s fall.  

Mount & Blade II Bannerlord Gameplay:

Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord lets you fire a range of weaponry that can test your abilities. The game can give you a sense of heroic feeling as you would battle against a horde of enemies with just one soldier. It’s an excitement of being in the war that’s too difficult & a single soldier is firing arrows into a cavalry of dozens who have attacked your fort.

Make weaponry on your own, provide a name & then carry it with you to the war. Every weapon you make has an original set of features, strengths & weaknesses.

Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord includes almost 40 different towns, hundreds of villages & many castles. All towns are modeled individually & everything seems different from everything else. You can create your custom hero & assign him abilities. Begin as a lonely explorer & then progress through the story & command an army.

Mount & Blade II Bannerlord Development:

Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord was announced when the game was in development in 2012 & a trailer was released. A lot of fans praised the fantastic game but the game took too long in development & its diehard fans were desperately waiting for the game release. The major improvement of the fantastic game includes its graphics that have improved considerably from its previous version. The facial animations have improved as compared to Warband game, its previous version. It is expected that the game can turn out to be a big commercial success.

The gameplay of Bannerlord has been significantly improved with a fresh inventory to store items. The developers uploaded a forty minutes of extended gameplay demonstration of the game in March, 2016.

Mount & Blade Warband was released a decade ago so there was a demand for a fresh game & Bannerlord is going to meet the expectations of its fans. It is one of the game that took long in development & we are glad that it is visually & technologically better than its previous version & a good addition to the series.
