The martial arts style combat system in Biomutant lets you have maximum freedom of movement & agility while mixing shooting, melee & powers from your mutations. You will learn new combat from masters you meet & you will need the latest kung fu skills against harder adversaries.

You can not only change your character appearance when you customize your character but also change his features.

Your actions play a main role on building up the game story where End is coming to the new earth. The tribes are not united so either you will put them under one banner or join a tribe & destroy the remaining.

Your choices will affect the story around you but it is up to you how you survive the creatures & there are multiple endings to Biomutant based on your choices.

Biomutant Gameplay:

You will play Biomutant using a raccoon like monster in a world filled with beasts. You will begin the game with customizing your player. The character customization will have an impact on the gameplay. For example, a thicker player is heavier which makes it slower but he will cause more damage during combat. You can use both melee & long range weapons. You can dodge opponent attacks & use level points to upgrade your player features or to unlock new attack combos. You can craft different weapons & learn new moves.

You can also alter your abilities, appearance & add new body parts like attaching robotic legs, wings & claws which can give you benefit against certain adversaries at certain locations. You can change those body parts when you approach a new area & you can obtain vehicles like air balloon or jet skis.

Biomutant Story:

The decisions made by player will affect the story. Poisonous oil is coming out from beneath & it is dangerous for the Tree of Life. The Tree of Life has 5 roots through which it provides life to the entire earth. In order to protect the Tree of Life, you must visit the end of each root, where aside from the oil, a beast is destroying the root by gnawing at it. There are 6 tribes, 3 of the tribes want to protect the Tree of Life while the rest of the tribes decide to do things on their own. You can be friend with a tribe & wipe out the rest of the tribes to grow the power of the allied tribe.

Biomutant is set to be released on PS4, PC & Xbox One in 2019.
