Way of the Passive Fist Story:
On a barren world that is governed
by raiders & mutants. Player has to dodge & dash to defeat adversaries.
Way of the Passive Fist Gameplay:
Player does not have to worry
about large number of adversaries as they will line up & fight player one at a
time & begin their attack as each swing depletes their stamina bar. Player
has to try to dodge their attack such as strikes, throwing weapon at player or grappling
player.
There are 9 opponent types including
cyborg & robots, each having a unique attack pattern that player has to
know. Player should not lose stamina when adversary attack. Powerful opponents can only
be eliminated by a direct attack.
Player also has a combo meter. As
player chain parries without missing a press, player charge up to three levels
of special attack. The first level of special attack is a single straight punch
& the highest level attack requires a combo of 25.
The game features 9 levels plus a
last boss fight.
Way of the Passive Fist Release Date:
Way of the Passive Fist is released on PC Windows, Mac, Linux & PS4 on 6 March 2018. It is launched on Xbox One on 7 March 2018. It is launched on Nintendo Switch on 11 April 2019.
