Black Mesa: Xen is available on Steam in early access:

An update of Black Mesa: Xen is out now on Steam. You can play through every stage though only its early access version is available which means the complete version will fix bugs & will be further polished.

The game is a greatly expanded reimagining of the Xen section of Half Life. Crowbar Collection has designed the complete Half Life stages. In comparison with the original game, the game has greatly improved.

In the upcoming update, the full version of the game will launch so Crowbar Collective will be observing things to see what must be polished & fixed, & also it will add achievements.
