Jamestown Plus Review:

New version of Jamestown: Legend of the Lost Colony, is a side-scroller set in an unusual setting. The game takes us to an alternative version of seventh century, in which the British, Spanish & Martian forces fight for the right to settle on Mars.

Jamestown Plus allows you to control a vessel battling against swarms of foes fighting for the right to settle on the Red Planet. The PS4 port is not different from the original game so multiple updates & fixes are available for PS4 version of this game. Also there are new spaceships available with unique armament & special attacks.

The game offers an abstract narrative that is set in an alternative dimension in which the seventeenth century superpowers fight to control the Red Planet.

Jamestown Plus Gameplay:

It is a 2D side-scroller with action observed from bird’s eye view. Jamestown Plus needs dexterity, as the screen is filled with different enemies forcing you to beat them as fast as possible & avoid the hits. Jamestown Plus includes a co-op mode for up to 4 players, but you can finish the complete campaign on your own.

A co-op shoot-them up is designed for 1-4 courageous players & it is designed to look stunning for players of all skill level.

A wide range of difficulty settings are available that provide new players an exciting way to get into shoot them up genre.

There are many upgrades in this game such as new background & rival artwork, level layout adjustments, & the game takes complete benefit of PS4 because it has a fully scratch built user interface.

In this game if any player endures, that player can revive the complete squad. It offers an opportunity to beginners to revive their complete squad from the jaws of death. The game makes an exhilarating co-op thrill where contribution of every player really matters. Your squad can win or lose the match together.
