series. The first number in the series is 32 & an odd number 13 is added to
get 45. Then we add 2 with 13 to get 15 & add it with 45 to get 60. Again 2
is added with 15 to get 17 & it is added to 60 to get 77.
Now we need to find what should
be the last number in this series. So we need to add 2 with 17 to get 19 &
add it to the previous number in the series to get 96.

adding all previous numbers to get new number.

Now there are 7 variables & only second variable is
unknown.
V1 = 1
V2 = ?
V3 = 2
V4 = 4
V5 = 8
V6 = 16
V7 = 32
We can start with first variable V1. We add V1 with previous
digit which is not available so assume it as 0.
V1 + 0 = V1 = 1
Now, we can move to V2. We need to add V2 with previous
variable V1 to get V3.
V2 + V1 = V3
V2 = V3 – V1
We know the values of V1 & V3, only V2 is unknown,
V2 = 2 – 1 = 1
V2 = 1
Hence answer = 1
