The game provides advanced combat, a gripping narrative & fascinating characters.

Prince of Persia (POP) The Sands of Time Remake Local (Split / Same Screen) Co-op Multiplayer:

Local split screen co-op divides the screen in half. Player 1 controls half of the screen & Player 2 controls the remaining half.

Same screen shows both players on a single screen but they must remain close to each other.

Offline Same / Split Screen Co-op multiplayer mode is not available in Prince of Persia The Sands of Time Ramake.

Prince of Persia (POP) The Sands of Time Remake Online Co-op Multiplayer:

Online co-op gives players the opportunity to play together from their homes using internet.

Online co-op multiplayer is not included in Prince of Persia The Sands of Time. This game only offers a single player story campaign.

Fresh Foes & Sounds:

Battle against fresh rivals & have fun with the fully fresh cutscenes as well as improved tracks, voice acting, & more.

 

Rewind time to save yourself from death:

When you reverse time then you can save yourself from enemy attack. If you fall off when jumping, then it is very important to quickly reverse time to avoid death. But you can rewind time for a limited number of times. Fill sand in your hourglass for rewinding time.

 

Advanced Camera & Controls:

The camera controls are better than before, as well as you have a better control over your playable character, & the battle has been fully redesigned. The game allows you to decide b/w the old or updated mapping.  

 

Control a classic Prince:

Wear the shoes of an old Prince, & embark on an adventure with better & real visuals.

 

New Graphics Engine & Character Models:

New graphics engine is used for Prince of Persia The Sands of Time which provides a new look to the classic enemies & there will be new enemies too. Also, the animations of the game are better than before with more realistic character models & environment. It uses fresh assets, & gameplay has been tuned a bit to make it compatible for today’s console.

 

Original Story & Gameplay:

However, the game will retain many of the classic features, including the similar narrative & gameplay.

Prince of Persia The Sands of Time remake has a launch date of 18 March, 2021 on PS4, Xbox One & PC. The game was first launched in 2003 on PS2, Xbox, PC, GameCube & Game Boy Advance.

You can enjoy Prince of Persia The Sands of Time on next generation consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X & Xbox Series S) via backward compatibility. The game is not yet confirmed for Nintendo Switch.
