You will control a psychopathic hero in Postal Brain Damaged. You will awake at a psychiatric hospital. Because of brain disorder, you will see a hallucinated world & you need to beat bizarre creatures.

 

Postal Brain Damaged Gameplay:

Postal Brain Damaged is not as complex, & you need to keep moving if you want to endure. You need to understand how to deal with certain rivals. Different types of attacks will affect rivals differently. While progressing through the gameplay, you will encounter bosses. Postal Brain Damaged also lets you avoid obstacles.

The protagonist will cause greater damage to the opponents because he will be facing many enemies. You need to be a punisher, & shoot your way out. The world of this game is disturbing, as bizarre creatures have emerged due to your hallucinations. Your brain is your real opponent as it has put you in a big trouble so use your wits & talent to eliminate your enemies. Do not trust your brain, & keep eliminating the foes that appear on the screen.
