The Outlast Trials is set on the planet full of disbelief, horror & cruelty that will challenge users. This game is a test of survival. The world is trying to advance, achieve high income & knowledge.

Users need to avoid foes, hide from them, & attempt to escape them. They will be able to use gears for increasing their stealth potential, creating chances to escape, slowing down foes, etc. Nevertheless, users need to earn these gadgets & upgrade them.

Users can select their gadgets, improve them, & collect bounties for fitting their gameplay style.

They need to modify & make their own patient.

The prison serves as the home of users. Users can do additional work such as decorating their home to suit their liking while finishing therapy.
