Will Forza Motorsport 8 support Cross Play & Cross Progression?
Cross Play & Cross Progression
are introduced in FM 8. PC players can play FM 8 together with Xbox Series X/S
players via Cross Platform Multiplayer.
With Cross Progression, players
can share their game progression and achievement unlocks across PC & Xbox
Series X/S. Cross Play & Cross Progression works between PC (via Microsoft
& Steam Store), & Xbox Series X/S.
The new matchmaking system will
match players with others having the same skill level. In addition, players
will play with those who have alike driving behaviours. It means that when
players drive wildly by hitting people or become destructive towards others,
they will only play with similar players via matchmaking. If players drive
safely, then they will be able to play with similar players.
Will Forza Motorsport 8 support Couch Split Screen & Online Co-op?
Couch Split Screen Co-op will not
be supported in Forza Motorsport 8 at release. Due to the visual improvement,
& the full overhauled rendering engine, FM 8 will miss Split Screen Co-op.
Fortunately, Online Co-op is
available in Forza Motorsport 8.
