ELEX is a science fantasy-themed, handcrafted, action role playing game developed by Piranha Bytes and published by THQ Nordic.  The game was released worldwide on October 17, 2017 for PS4, Xbox One and PC Windows. In the game, protagonist joins the contest for the powerful resource, "ELEX", which gives people magic-like powers. The game features mix of futuristic and medieval environment, in which the player can use weapons against enemies. In the game you join the contest over a powerful resource "ELEX" that gives people vast magical powers but turns them into indifferent cold animals in addition you decide either it is feeling and humane compassionate or either it is cold synthetic logic that rules the world of Magalan. The game environment is a combination of innovative and old sites. The game is filled with unique players and animals. Game also has a jet pack which can be used to discover the ELEX’s environment.

ELEX Story:

Magalan, a planet that was hit by meteor strikes and caused huge disaster on the planet Magalan. People who survived are now trapped in a contest to stay alive, an encounter to choose the destiny of a world. At the center of this contest is the element ELEX, a precious and limited resource that came with the meteor, which can turn on equipment, provide powers, or re-sculpt life into new, diverse shapes and can be applied to a broad variety of uses and can be used by different groups of people with diverse ethics and principles about how to use ELEX. Recovering from a crash in his glider jet, the hero character experiences taking out from ELEX, as he also feels emotions for the first time. The hero character of the game is a former member of the Albs who use ELEX as a means to free themselves of feelings and allow them to make decisions based on cold logic alone.  

ELEX Gameplay:

ELEX gameplay is based on the post-apocalyptic event and is set in an open earth environment. It is played form 3rd person perspective and the characters can use both blades and weaponry in the game along with the magical powers that can be accessible later. Characters are set in an immense, flawless simulated video game planet. The character may connect with one of the parties – the Berserkers who utilize ELEX for supernatural powers, the Clerics who utilize the material to turn on the machinery and the another party who hold an “everyone and everything for themselves” beliefs.

Game provide fully flawless Open World experience without limits and discovery experience. The game allows vertical discovery with utilizing jetpack to reach any place in the game earth. The game has simulated game planet where the lot responds to the gamers actions in a real environment. The game has extremely organized mission system that take true player selections and has strategic and tough encounter system for melee and long ranged confrontations.
