Fate/Extella Link game picks up the story from where the story tale ended in Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star. The game enlarges the roster of playable Servants. 10 heroes including legendary Astolfo, Francis Drake & Scathach are added to the original 16 heroes. The game has better graphics & new battle mechanics. The game has a single-player mode as well as multiplayer mode that support 4 on 4 online battles on PS4.

Fate/Extella Link Gameplay:

The game has same gameplay mechanics just like it’s previous version but also has some additional features. Maps have several missions that has to be completed such as defeating a target, rescuing a character or destroying jammer or some other type of missions. Servants provide heavy damage to one another in case if a Servant is hit from behind.

Servants can boost their skills & abilities with Active Skill. Each Active Skill has a unique ability such as improved close-ranged attacks on the enemy Servant. One of the Active Skill is called Rush that unleashes a continuous attack on enemy. Servants & allies can link their skills if they want & can attack simultaneously on the enemy.

Hakuno can walk around their base camp & can speak with Servants. Hakuno can join their Servants on the battlefield & winning that particular battle enhances the morale of the Servants.

Class Tower can appear during the game. Damaging the Class Towers can give you bonuses such as increased defense, increased attack & some other bonuses.

Online 4v4 competitive multiplayer:

While playing multiplayer each team that gains the maximum number of points by the end of the game is announced as the winner of the game. Team cannot gain points if the opposing team occupies the scoring area. So the opposing team has to be defeated in order to free the area.

Fate/Extella Link Release Date:

Fate/Extella Link is released on PC on 19 March 2019. The game is released on PS4, PS Vita & Nintendo Switch on 22 March 2019.
