The Occupation is a single player game that is developed by White Paper Games for PS 4, Xbox One & PC Windows & was released on 5th March, 2019.

The game give player a set timeframe. Player has to make sure not to waste any time rather focus on the events most relevant to their investigation. The game offers a high level of replay ability. One of the main feature of the game is that it shows us how a single lead can result in catching a conspirator.

We have added everything we know in The Occupation review including its story, gameplay, release date, trailers & walkthroughs.

The Occupation Story:

Player takes control of a British journalist in the 1980s who is in a rush in order to gather evidence & possibly unravel a big conspiracy.  The game takes place in a single government building, in real-time over four hours.

The Occupation Gameplay:

In the game player is punished by using up the available game time. Let say, if a player is caught doing something wrong, player is taken to a security office & lose 15 minutes of game time. Loosing time shortens the time available to complete the main purpose of the game that is obtaining knowledge about the conspiracy. Time available in the game is four hours.

Verdict:

The most fascinating thing about the game I noticed is that it is a real-time investigative thriller. If you are the kind of player who loves to re-visit surroundings & loves to look into every lead, then this is a definite game for you. The game depends on the player’s play style. The game is designed in such a way that it provides 4 hours to the player to complete the main objective.
