New details of Valve’s gaming VR headset is available via a steam page but it is no longer available or it might be a mistake of making a web page a bit early. However, the webpage shows the minimum & recommended requirements for the Valve headset, what is in the package & a launch date of 15 June 2019 was also mentioned.

Valve gaming VR headset was revealed last week with an official Steam page which shows a launch window of May 2019. The leaked store page which was deleted later showed a launch date of 15 June. It could be a placeholder date or a mistake: or it could be the real release date.

A new update shows that you can preorder Valve gaming VR headset on 1 May 2019 & that Valve index will release with SteamVR Knuckles controllers.

Also the minimum & recommended PC requirements were mentioned. According to leaked store page on Steam, you will require a dual core CPU with 8 GB of RAM, & a GTX 970 or RX 480 video card.

You will need a quad-core CPU & a GTX 1070 video card or better if you want to achieve the recommended requirements of Valve. Users will require DisplayPort 1.2 & USB ports, though according to recommended requirements you will need a USB 3 port for the headset pass through camera.

According to leaked steam page, Valve will contain headphones, 2 face pads (narrow & wide), a cloth for cleaning, a power adapter, & tether for DisplayPort & USB connections.
