This game follows a group of people also known as Crystal Caravans, as they begin an adventure to find myrrh, which is a precious liquid required for cleansing & maintaining a crystal which is saving this planet from the gas.

Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remastered Gameplay:

It is an action RPG which allows players to control Crystal Caravans who travels the planet finding precious trees which make “myrrh”, that is used to fuel crystal which save this planet’s people from the gas. Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remastered allows players to complete a repeating series of events which dictate their progress through the gameplay & its narrative. This group starts from their village, arrives at the trees & collect myrrh, discover dungeons in which the trees reside, then go back home to cleanse their village’s defensive crystal.

Players can decide their hero from 1 of 4 races. They can choose b/w male & female character. Each race has its own strengths. Each hero’s features are more customized by deciding the profession of their family, which provides access to unique facilities & objects each time they come back to their city. Players navigate the map with their group of people, & enter city & dungeon found during their adventure. In cities they can discover & utilize the facilities available to them to make, & improve both objects & equipment using resources & blueprints they have collected during their adventure. Players will face other caravans & explorers.

While discovering dungeons, players can battle foes in a style which is very similar to hack & slash games with actions assigned to buttons. Players can chain those action together in short combo attacks using weapons that can deal more damage & charge up magic skills. They can use magic to damage rivals or for other purposes. The elemental affinity of players’ attacks can be altered with the use of crystals that are available in dungeons. Character features & stats are improved by finishing challenges in every dungeon session which offer skill points, & artifacts available in dungeons which character is able to equip.
