Trine 4 The Nightmare Prince is
receiving new stuff in the form of Trine 4 Melody of Mystery which is a
narrative driven expansion of the game. This expansion is set to be released on
Xbox One, PS4 & PC. Trine 4 Melody of Mystery consists of 6 narrative levels
for fans who want more story content in solo campaign. The DLC is set again in
the Astral Academy & all 3 leading characters will once again dig into a
never ending sleep that has trapped the academy students. All 3 heroes are
tasked to find the narrative behind this bizarre spirit that has been freed by
mistake as they complete 6 in-game stages with riddles that need them to use
torches, ice, magnets & crystals.
Originally Trine 4 released in
2019 & it is the fourth main game in the series. This game offers great puzzles
that tasks 3 heroes on a journey as they need to stop the frightening creatures
from coming out of the dream of Prince as they would bring chaos in the real
world.
3 legends of the game Pontius the
Knight, Amadeus the Wizard, & Zoya the thief have returned to solve another
mystery named “Melody of Mystery” that launches as DLC, & all 3 heroes must
try to protect the students of the Astral Academy, who can’t return to the real
world from a deep sleep.
You can play this DLC in co-op
just like the original Trine 4 The Nightmare Sleep, & it includes new musical
tracks & voice acting, enhanced skills, & new puzzles which consists of
fresh elements including magnets, crystals, ice & torches.
Based on how many players are currently
playing the game, Trine 4 The Nightmare Prince shifts the puzzle design. The
game provides both single player & multiplayer gameplay & it includes
up to 4 players. You can merge the skills of the genius wizard “Amadeus”, the silent
thief “Zoya”, & the great Knight “Pontius” to crack the puzzles, discover
lust environments & protect the planet from a troubled Prince whose
nightmare if reaches the world, would corrupt it.
New story expansion of Trine 4
launches on PC which is set in the same world & it contains a number of
fresh features along with providing more options to return to the base game.
Trine 4 Melody of Mystery expansion launches on PC in November, & it is set to be released on Nintendo Switch, PS4 & Xbox One in spring 2021.
