Comparison: Differences in Madden NFL 22 vs Madden NFL 21:
Madden NFL 22 is an American
football game focused on the National Football League. It is a new game in the
NFL series.
Madden NFL 21 needs some
enhancement. Fans did not extraordinarily welcome Madden NFL 21. Electronic
Arts must improve Madden NFL 22 in certain areas.
Face of the Franchise needs a gripping story:
EA introduced Face of the
Franchise mode in Madden 20, which was a very innovative mode of this game.
Face of the Franchise gives you an opportunity to play as an emerging star. You
can play real games, & most of the focus was given to cinematic features.
Face of the Franchise lost its uniqueness fast in Madden NFL 21. Also, the
narrative of the mode in NFL 21 was not up to the mark.
Electronic Arts will attempt to
improve this mode. The rising star story of Madden NFL 21 looked not real, so
EA must make a gripping narrative.
EA is focusing more on next-gen systems:
Electronic Arts released NFL 21
before PS5 & Xbox Series X/S. Fans demanded the game to launch on next-gen
consoles. EA satisfied them a bit with updates. They also launched the game
successfully on the next-gen consoles. Visuals of Madden NFL 21 seemed improved
on the new hardware. More features were tuned when NFL 21 released on next-gen
systems. However, Madden NFL 21 was not looking like a full new game. This
year, EA has a chance to concentrate more on launching the game for next-gen
hardware.
A number of cool features will
launch on PS5 & Xbox Series X/S. The ground atmosphere, stadium momentum,
along with home stadium benefits will be different on next-gen hardware.
Artificial intelligence on PS5 & Xbox Series X/S will be better because it
copies the athlete & squad tendencies that alters with stats.
If you are using the old systems
then don’t get disappointed because you can still enjoy a number of new
experiences even on old generations. A solo campaign starts with a new
narrative, & allows you to share your achievements with Face of the Franchise.
A fresh narrative, along with the player class system, & the choice to
perform as a linebacker are among the new features included in the story
campaign.
The KO mode of the game will
allow you to use actual NFL squads. Stats system for PS5 & Xbox Series X/S
will work in Ultimate Team mode.
It seems like the upcoming NFL
games would only prefer next-gen consoles & EA might avoid old gen systems
completely for future NFL games.
Franchise mode must learn from the past:
Fans did not like the franchise mode over the previous few years. Franchise mode was once a very solid mode. Still this mode retains a number of features such as recruiting & removing coaches, training sportsmen, & drafting sportsmen, but this not does not have a complete immersive feeling. We need to see the old features that this mode offered & remake this mode to be better by improving the old aspects. Also, add some new cool features to balance this mode.
