Vaporum is a grid-based,
first-person dungeon crawler.
Vaporum Story:
The game takes place in a tower,
the Arx Vaporum, that lies on a body of water. Player play as a man who fight adversaries in the tower. Player has to deal with the trap-laden floors of the
towers as well in order to discover the character’s identity & identify the dark purpose of the Arx Vaporum & the fate of its inhabitants & workers
as player climbs up the tower. Player’s journey also shows him blurred memories
of discovering the underwater ruins.
Vaporum Gameplay:
The game has a real-time combat. The game's movement system allows players to face
one of four directions & forces them to navigate Arx Vaporum on a grid.
Player can control a party of
four & player play as a single character covered in a customizable &
modular exo-rig. Player’s abilities depend largely on interchangeable
equipment. Multiple load out slots helps player to switch between sets of gear that
allow player to switch class mid-combat to adjust to the circumstances. Player
can also use under water gear while exploring underwater ruins.
The game features heavy action
& puzzle-solving elements.
In the Stop Time Mode, Player can
freeze the game while considering the next move.
Vaporum Release Date:
Vaporum is released on PC Windows, Mac & Linux on 28 September 2017. The game is launched on PS4 on 9 April 2019. It is launched on Xbox One on 10 April 2019. The game is released on Nintendo Switch on 11 April 2019.
