Google Stadia Pro is free for corona virus (covid-19) quarantine gamers in 14 countries:

Google is offering free cloud gaming services to gamers. It is giving its fans an opportunity to use free Google services during corona virus outbreak. Corona virus is also called as covid-19 or sars-cov2. People around United States of America, Europe, and throughout the world are advised to remain indoor as much as possible in avoid unnecessary gathering during such a health emergency crisis.

Google is providing 2 months of Stadia Pro for free, which lets you enjoy 9 games. People are focusing more on games now a days & Google has taken this wonderful step to entertain gamers that are staying at home & feeling isolated. Games can let you socialize with buddies. Stadia services will be free in 14 countries. You can access Stadia Pro for free for 2 months. All you need is a Gmail account.

Google Stadia will launch 10 exclusive games in the first half of this year:

Stadia has just 1 exclusive game now – Tequila Works’ Gylt, which released with the console. But that number is going to alter over the first half of this year, because Google is planning on multiple new exclusive games for Stadia.

Over 120 games will be available on Google Stadia this year & over 10 games in the first half of 2020 will launch on Stadia when they release.

Achievements are now available in Google Stadia & recently Stadia has acquired indie developer Typhoon Studios:

Multiple features were not available when Stadia launched in November, including achievements. But now according to Stadia, achievements are available. Stadia is working hard to offer what they could not at launch.

Stadia has been tracking all you have been doing since the service launched on 19 November 2019.

Google Stadia has acquired Typhoon Studios which is working on Journey to the Savage Planet:

Journey to the Savage Planet has released on all platforms as planned, but all upcoming releases from the studio will only launch on Google Stadia.

Far Cry 4 developer Alex Hutchison left Ubisoft to make a new indie studio known as Typhoon Studios, which soon started developing Journey to the Savage Planet game. Google has acquired Typhoon Studios & all future titles of the Studio will release exclusively on Stadia.

3 new games including Tom Clancy's: Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Borderlands 3, & Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 are added to Stadia roster:

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint along with Borderlands 3 & Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 are available on Stadia.

Stadia version of Borderlands 3 includes content up to 24 October 2019 & newer updates are not available on Stadia. Latest content of the game will be available in early next year. The game is currently missing few features.

Owners of Founder's Edition of Google Stadia can now use buddy pass for another 3 months for free:

Founder's Edition owners of Google Stadia can now enjoy buddy pass for 3 more months which allows them to give free access to a friend. If you want to try this free trial, then you need to use your buddy pass that came with your Founder's edition.

Google Stadia did not have a stellar launch because some features were not available at launch. Not all fans receive their Founder's edition on Day One but Google is now trying to calm down their angry fans. So they are offering another Buddy Pass for free, which is available only for Founder's edition owners of Stadia.

Google Stadia’s official Twitter account posted this news today, & they provided instructions on how to offer free access to a friend using your buddy pass or how to redeem it if your friend has selected you as the recipient.

The Buddy Pass allows you to send 3-month free trial of the Stadia Pro subscription to a buddy. After trial period terminates, you can select to cancel subscription or continue with the normal monthly charge.

Farming Simulator 19 & Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition are free games for Stadia Pro owners:

Farming Simulator 19 & Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition are 2 free games that every Stadia Pro owner can access in December. Also Destiny 2: The Collection & Samurai Shodown are other free games out now.

Those who bought these games can get back their money. All you need to do is to request for refund if you have bought either or both of these games.

And also if you don’t pay to re-subscribe when the free limited period terminates in 2020, you won’t be able to play both games, & you will lose 4K streaming as well.

Google Stadia won't support family sharing, buddy pass, achievements, 4K streaming & more features at launch:

Stadia won’t support family sharing until early 2020. If you want to play a game with family members now, then you have to purchase another copy of the service. Stadia won’t support buddy pass at release, & Google expects to take around 2 weeks to enable this feature after Founder's Edition has shipped. Buddy pass allows you to share your service with another player.

Achievements won’t be available at release too. Stadia will take time to complete achievements.

It looks like current Chromecast Ultra devices won’t be ready for Google Stadia when the service launches.

You won’t be able to stream games in 4K / HDR on your PC. This feature will not be available until 2020.

Google wants to create multiple first party studios:

Google wants to create multiple first party studios to develop games for Stadia. Google wants to build games that can take advantage of the cloud. Do not expect any big game for a long time. The company will launch exclusive titles every year beginning within the next 4 years.

Google hired Ubisoft & Electronic Arts industry vet Jade Raymond to lead a studio but the company wants to create more studios too. Google wants to develop Stadia exclusive games like games that can do different things such as complete physics simulations or integrating the Google Assistant to be the voice of the non-playable characters in video game.

According to Google, those who pre-ordered Stadia unit  near to Founder's Edition sell out date must wait up to 2 weeks after launch date in order to get access:

The launch date of Google Stadia is 19 November 2019 but you may not be able to play games on day one even if you pre-ordered Founder's edition of Stadia. According to Google, users will receive units on first come first served basis so if you pre-ordered near to sell-out date, then you need to wait for 2 weeks after launch date in order to get access. 

Google Stadia will launch on 19 November 2019 at 9 AM PT but not every user who pre-ordered one unit will get access. After Founder's edition was sold out then Google launched its Premier's Edition but it won’t launch on 19 November.

Users can play Red Dead Redemption 2 which is a launch Stadia title.

Price of Google Stadia:

Purchase Stadia Pro subscription for $10 / month. It will be available this year & in next year Google will release Base subscription model that will stream games in full HD for free. 

Stadia Pro includes a big library & additional games will be added to it & it can play games at the max. quality that Stadia can provide 4K / 60 FPS / HDR. Stadia Pro users will get access to free games on a regular basis. The first free game is Destiny 2 The Collection which includes the base game & all of its DLCs. Apart from free games you will need to pay full money to buy games. Also Stadia Pro subscribers can receive discounts such as buy games at low prices. 

Stadia's Founder Edition which costs $129 contains Stadia Controller (costs $69 if you buy it separately), Google Chromecast Ultra (costs $69 if you buy it separately), 3 months of Stadia Pro subscription, 3-month buddy pass to offer Pro access to a friend, & a free Destiny 2 game with all DLCs.  

Founder's Edition of Google Stadia has sold out. Founder's Edition is replaced by Premier's Edition which is a similar package but it does not include a few key elements. No buddy pass is included in the Premier's Edition or ability to secure a username, & the controller available with Premier's Edition is clearly white instead of night blue. Premier's Edition will launch after Founder's Edition. Premier's Edition also costs $129.

Internet Speed:

Google Stadia needs 10 Mb/s to run games at 720p at 60FPS, requires 20 Mb/s for 1080p HDR video playing at 60 FPS, & 35 Mb/s for 4K HDR video running at 60 FPS.
