Blasphemous Review:
Blasphemous is a platform action game.
The game is played from side
perspective & is centered on exploring open areas, dungeons, temples &
other such dark places. Player in their quest have to jump between platforms
while carefully avoiding obstacles & traps that come in their way.
Blasphemous Story:
The game is set in a dark fantasy
land whose inhabitants are consumed by religious extremism & are
transformed into beasts as a punishment. Player is all alone in facing the evil
forces that is consuming the land. Now the fate of the whole world relies on them.
Save the world & bring peace to the land once more.
The story of the game unravels as
player progresses through the course of the game. They have to unravel the dark
mystery by observing the surrounding landscape & putting pieces of evidence
together in order to recreate the whole story again.
Blasphemous Gameplay:
The game features regular enemies
such as an Acolyte, a Condemned & other such enemies along with dangerous
bosses. Defeating bosses require player to know about their attack patterns. That’s
how they can avoid their hits while they can launch counter attack of their
own. Player can use melee weapons & relics while fighting against enemies. They
can launch combos. They can also activate a special state that can make them invulnerable
to enemy attacks but for a very limited period of time. During the course of
the game, they can unlock swords, relics & other important abilities that
can be used against fighting ferocious enemies who show no mercy.
