Castle Crashers Remastered Review:
Castle Crashers Remastered is a cooperative
(co-op), side-scrolling, beat them up game & a remastered version of the video
game Castle Crashers.
Castle Crashers Remastered Story:
An evil wizard steals a huge
crystal & also abducts four princesses from the king’s castle. The evil
wizard then sends large number of barbarians, thieves & villains to stop
the Knights who want to release the princesses & take back the crystal. Players
take control of a Knight who has to embark on a long journey across a huge
landscape to fight the evil wizard so that they can release the princesses
& take back the crystal.
Castle Crashers Remastered Gameplay Modifications:
This hack & slash, 2D arcade
adventure has undergone several modifications such as the texture size has been
increased 5 times, framerate (60 FPS), different performance updates, overall gameplay
enhancements & online multiplayer mode is added as well. Up to 4 players
can enjoy playing the game locally or online.
Improved Features:
Players can now unlock over 25
characters & more than 40 weapons.
The game features a combo &
magic system. Now players can unlock new attacks as they progress through the course
of the game.
Players can upgrade character’s
skills & can balance strength, magic as well as their defense.
Players can use animal orbs. Each
orb enhances various skills that can be used by them in this adventurous game.
In the arena mode, enjoy fighting
other players in free-for-all or team based matches.
The game also features a mini
game called as Back off Barbarian. In this mini game, players can jump &
hop across the level in order to avoid adversaries.
In the Insane mode, players can test
their abilities in the campaign challenge & can know how good they are.
