Sonic Origins does not support both Couch (Split Screen and Online) Co-op. Sonic Origins does not offer both Couch and Online PVP Multiplayer. Cross Play is unavailable in Sonic Origins.

Sonic Origins Gameplay:

The objective of players is to spoil the conspiracy of the evil Doctor Robotnik using refined graphics. There are additional regions that can be discovered, as well as extra animations, & a fresh Anniversary mode.

Discover the classical Sonic games via refined graphics, with fresh intro & end cutscenes for every game.

Finish different quests to gather coins for unlocking fresh stuff, challenges, & Special Levels via the Museum.

Players can select to Spin Dash their way through many regions via the Classic mode featuring the base game resolution, or use the fresh Anniversary mode with limitless lives & overhauled full screen resolution.

 

Sonic Origins features the following modes:

 

Anniversary Mode:

It lets users play the game in a complete 16:9 aspect ratio & provides users unlimited lives.

 

Classic Mode:

It lets users play the game in retro form with typical dares. It offers original screen dimensions & features 4:3 aspect ratio, & contains a typical finite life system, along with time limitation & game over.

 

Boss Rush:

Users can play against diverse bosses of the game in sequential order to get coins.

 

Story Mode:

Users can play as Sonic & run in chronological order through all the typical sonic games.

 

Mirror Mode:

Complete zones from left to right are flipped in the Mirror Mode to let users finish the stages from the opposite direction.
