How to sign up for Apple Arcade:
After installing iOS 13, you can
grab Apple ID which you can see in iCloud or iTunes & Apple Store settings, & then setup Apple Arcade.
- Visit App Store using iPhone
- Near the bottom right of your screen, tap the Arcade tab. A message will appear which says you can play for free for a month.
- Tap the Try It Free button
- If you have not signed in so far, you can sign in using the Apple ID you are using.
- After tapping confirm, your 1-month trial period will begin.
- If you are prompted, then you can enter Apple ID password for confirming that you want to begin the 1-month trial period & then tap Sign In.
- If you see a message, require password for additional purchases on this device, then you can choose from the available options but you can always change your option in iTunes & App Store Settings.
- You can Tap Ok to accept Apple’s media service terms & then tap Agree.
- Also you may confirm your credit card information. If you are asked then click continue which will take you to Settings, where you can confirm or update payment information.
At Apple’s September event, more information was revealed regarding its Apple Arcade subscription service. The
update launched on 19 September & it costs $5 / month. The update is available with a free 1-month trial which is enough to test its
services.
With just a single subscription
the whole family will be able to save & play the games included. The update
was revealed as part of a stage presentation where the company also provided
details about a few exclusives which are available along with the service. According
to the company, 100 games are available at release & a dedicated arcade
tab with new games will be added monthly.
