Head to head is coming back in Halo 5: Guardians:
A fan-favorite mode is coming back in Halo 5: Guardians in
January. This mode lets you fight against another Spartan in a 1 on 1 fight.
Head to head is a round based elimination mode which is composed
of 3 rounds, each have 5 eliminations. Head to head is based on various conditions
that are given below:
- Winning 2 rounds in a row will terminate the game & you will become a winner.
- Losing 2 rounds in a row will terminate the game & you will lose.
- If both players win a round each, then the series will proceed to a 3rd round.
It should be noted that by the termination of the third
& last round, you must have more eliminations that the enemy does for the complete
match. For example, if you lose a first round by 0-5 & win the second round
by 5-4, then opponent has 9 eliminations & you have only 5 in total. So if you
want to become a winner so you will need to beat opponent 5-0. If you win by 5-1
then the game will tie. Otherwise you will lose. I love this rule.
