Google Stadia is a game streaming
service that allows you to play your favorite games on mobile, tablet, PC &
TV. Games are hosted on remote servers & you can stream games using
internet.
How stadia server receive controller input?
When you press a button on
controller then your input is sent to nearest Stadia server. The reason why
Stadia is available in limited countries is because you need to build servers near
to user’s location that actually run the games. If server is away from user,
then it would receive your input after some delay.

You can use Google Stadia gamepad
or any other gamepad that can be connected to the device using Bluetooth or USB
cable.

Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden & the United
States. Later this service will be available in more countries as well.
