Xbox Boss wrote on twitter that Crackdown 3 still requires more work:

Crackdown 3 release date was shifted from 2017 to 2018 & it was further delayed to its current release date of February, 2019. A new trailer of Crackdown 3 was uploaded but no release date of the game was mentioned.

Xbox boss Phil Spencer wrote on twitter that he played the complete version of Crackdown 3. He added that the game still requires more work. Spencer is satisfied with the Crackdown 3 gameplay.
Crackdown 3 is set to be released in February, 2019 for Xbox One & PC, & Xbox Game Pass subscribers can play it at no extra cost.

The gameplay of Crackdown 3 is related to Crackdown & Crackdown 2, which features a no. of different organizations controlling the city & your job is to eliminate their bosses & Kingpins, destroying their facilities, & destabilizing their infrastructures. You can use various weapons to achieve this task. You can receive orbs for eliminating rivals with different tools & searching for pickups which is hidden in the city which will help enhance your abilities.
