Party Animals have taken stuff from Gang Beasts, because the game attacks are heavily inspired from the latter, & characters & gameplay is similar to Gang Beasts. Some of the features have been enhanced as well even though climbing feels buggy in Party Animals but it is automated. In Gang Beasts you were allowed to climb but you could do it manually & it was hard to get the hang of.
