PlayStation store says, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth supports Multiplayer mode and Online Multiplayer is optional. However, the Steam & Xbox store page says that it only supports a single player. I am confused, as I do not know which store is providing the correct information. I think that Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth features two protagonists, Kazuma & Kasuga, so two players can control them.

One of the fans asked the same question on Reddit, ‘It says online 2 player for infinite wealth?’. Some users replied that it might be because Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth offers mini-games that support online play for up to two players which is the reason it is listed as a multiplayer game. Others contradicted this opinion & said mini-games were available in the previous Yakuza games, which were only listed as single player games.

According to the PS store, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth supports Online Multiplayer. However, Online Play is optional. Nevertheless, the Steam & Xbox store only lists Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth as a single player game.
