Utawarerumono Zan 2 is a sequel to a spin-off action role playing game Utawarerumono Zan. It follows the tale of Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth.

There are fresh narrative scenarios along with a challenge dungeon that will test your skills. The game includes multiple difficulty levels, along with a fresh base region where you can improve facilities & heroes. Up to 4 gamers can play the online co-op mode.

Is Utawarerumono Zan 2 Announced for Xbox One, & Xbox Series X/S?

The Utawarerumono series was initially released on PC in 2002, but the new games in the series were released on PC a long time after releasing on the PlayStation platform. Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception & Mask of Truth makes its way to the West in 2017. They were released on the PC platform on 23 Jan, 2020. Utawarerumono: Prelude to the Fallen released on PC on 22 Jan, 2021.

NIS America released Utawarerumono Zan in the west on PS4 but the game has not made it to the PC platform. Utawarerumono Zan released on PlayStation 4 in the West on 10 Sep, 2019.

It looks like Utawarerumono Zan & Utawarerumono Zan 2 might be released on PC in future. They may release on other platforms including Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, Nintendo Switch & Google Stadia in future as well.

 

Other Features of Utawarerumono Zan 2:

• Utawarerumono Zan 2 launches in Japan on PS4 & PS5 on 22 July, 2021. This game is not yet announced for the west.
• Utawarerumono Zan 2 is focused on Utawarerumono Mask of Truth. The follow up has a fresh narrative, a remake combat system & there is more inside this game.
• A skill board is available along with the character improvement.
• Chain attacks in the game are not consuming energy & you can use them again after the cooldown period.
• Every hero has its own personality & their performance has been greatly altered.
• New elements such as skill board & hack and slash, will offer the game stronger role-playing game elements that can let you make the best possible hero.
• Ennakamuy Mansion is your base in this game. You can build strong relationships with characters in this base, advance the narrative, & improve your heroes. The points collected during the gameplay can be used to enhance base facilities.
• There is a new combat system along with a new narrative that is focused on the tale of Utawarerumono Mask of Truth.
